CopyCatMarket ("we", "us", "the Service") is an independent research and analytics directory that surfaces publicly available prediction-market data from third-party platforms including Polymarket and Kalshi. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Polymarket, Kalshi, or any other platform referenced on the Service.

All content on the Service — including bettor rankings, statistics, market prices, and trend charts — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, betting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. Prediction markets and betting carry risk, and past performance of any trader is not indicative of future results.

CopyCatMarket does not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate transactions. Any betting occurs entirely on the third-party platforms we link to, subject to those platforms' own terms, eligibility rules, and jurisdictional restrictions. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

You may sign in using a third-party identity provider (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All original materials on the Service — including the CopyCatMarket name, logo, branding, design, layout, text, software, and the compilation and presentation of data — are owned by CopyCatMarket and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Underlying market data belongs to its respective source platforms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, clone, frame, scrape, harvest, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service or any substantial portion of it without our prior written permission. Automated access, bulk data extraction, and mirroring are prohibited.

You agree not to: (a) disrupt or overload the Service; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) use the Service for unlawful purposes; or (d) misrepresent your affiliation with us.

The Service contains links to third-party websites and may display advertising and affiliate links. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. We may earn referral commissions or ad revenue from certain outbound links.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopyCatMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
